Sawtelle Publishing Refund & Return Policy
At Sawtelle Publishing, we stand behind the quality of our books. Because all titles are printed and fulfilled to order, the only circumstances under which we accept returns are if your book arrives damaged or contains a printing error.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your book to request a return for damage.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

The book must be in the same condition in which you received it.

Original packaging should be included when possible.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Please note: Returns for reasons other than damage cannot be accepted.
How to Start a Return

Once your request is approved, we will provide:

Instructions on how and where to send your book
Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged Books
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your book is damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:

Items that are not damaged or misprinted
Exchanges
If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, you may request one when you contact us about your damaged book. Once your exchange request is approved, we will provide instructions and a return shipping label (if needed). After we receive and inspect the original item, we will send the replacement copy.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or denial.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process the refund.
